ORIGEN BLX GREASE is an advanced fully synthetic grease formulated with a proprietary blend of high-performance synthetic base stock (PAO) which are carefully selected and then fortified with synthetic polymers and a lithium complex thickener resulting in a buttery appearance with excellent shear stability characteristics. The lithium complex thickener is easy to pump and has an excellent resistance to heat and water. The optimal operating temperatures are from -40 to 175 degrees Celsius, however short periods of elevated temperatures can be tolerated without severe damage to the grease.
ORIGEN BLX GREASE contains a blend of synthetic tackifiers, increasing its ability to resist water and adherence with all surfaces, including a full treat of extreme pressure (EP) and corrosion preventative additives enabling the grease to meet or exceed internationally recognized performance standards. Outstanding structural stability coupled with high performance synthetic base stocks makes ORIGEN BLX GREASE an outstanding all-purpose automotive grease.
ORIGEN BLX GREASE is particularly recommended for anti-friction bearing lubrication, where trouble-free performance are key requirements. The major advantage over other greases is the high temperature properties and long lubrication lift in electric motors and similar services.
- Lithium complex grease for bearings.
- Excellent lubricant effect for reduced bearing friction.
- Highly effective wear protection for a long service life of the entire bearing.
- Providing the very best corrosion protection.
- Excellent adhesion, even at high temperatures.
- Highly suited to high pressure central lubrication systems.
